We are Dan and Kate. We live in a van and have done for the past 3 years with our baby and our dog. Our dream is to travel whilst working so we decided to step out and start Black Turtle clothing.

So how did we start? A long time ago Dan drew a big canvas with lots of doodles. Hidden on that canvas there was a tiny turtle that we thought would look amazing on a t-shirt. This little turtle has since gone on to inspire the name and logo of our company. 

Our desire is to create clothing that is comfortable, practical and environmentally friendly that can be long-lasting throughout life's adventures. Whether you're on the beach, out skating, climbing, walking or just relaxing at home we want you to be comfortable.
